SUSCEPTIBILITY OF OKRA VARIETIES/CULTIVARS TO Helicoverpa armigera (Hubner) Hardwick

Abstract


Field screening of fourteen genotypes/cultivars of okra was conducted to identify the less susceptible genotypes/cultivars against Helicoverpa armigera
(Hubner) Hardwick in Gujarat during kharifseason of 2004 and 2005. Arka Abhay, Arka Anamika, HRB-9-2, GOH-I, GO-2 and P-7 were found less susceptible to H. armigera and showed good yield potential
