Hello, the people of Rajasthan Jaipur, Recently the JDA Jaipur Authority has launched new three housing schemes the Name of Atal Vihar Yojana, Govindpura Ropaa Vihar Yojana, and Khori Ropada Patel Vihar Yojana.
The announcement about this scheme has been made by the Chief Minister of the State of Rajasthan Mr. Bhajan Lala Sharma. In all three schemes are total of 726 plots are available for the beneficiaries. The announcement about these schemes under the JDA New Housing scheme 2024-25 was made on 15th December through the Chief Minister. The announcement was on the occasion of the first anniversary of the Government of Rajasthan. The online Registration for these schemes has been started from 18th December 2024 and the last date to apply for it is about 17th January 2024.

The Government of the Rajasthan State recently completed their one year in the state. So they celebrate their first anniversary after making the announcement about the new housing schemes launched under the Jaipur Development Authority of Rajasthan. There are three major schemes available under this authority. The total residential number of available plots is 756.
Among all firstly you can submit your application form for Aatal Vihar Yojana situated on Kalwad Road. Because under the Atal Vihar Yojana, there are a total of 284 Residential Plots are available. So start applying as soon as possible before the last date i.e. 17th January 2025.
JDA Atal Vihar Yojana
So among the three schemes I am talking about is Kalwad Road Situated Atal Vihar Yojana. In this yojana, there are a total of 284 residential plots available. People who want to get the benefits from this scheme can apply from 18th December 2024 to 17th January 2025. After accepting the application form, the lottery draw must be conducted on 29th January 2025.
Atal Vihar Yojana Size & Number of Plots
So there are 284 residential Plots available having different sizes. At the time of submitting the online form, you can select according to your need. The scheme will contain the size of the plots from 45 Sq. Meters to 220 Sq. Meters. You need to pay Rs.14,000 per sq. Meters.
Patel Nagar Vihar Yojana
Now this is the 2nd scheme that is launched under the JDA Jaipur New Housing scheme. The Same Patel Nagar is situated near the Khatipura Railway Station. The online application form for this scheme has been started from 14th January 2025 to 13th February 2025. Under this scheme, there are a total of 270 Plots available. The Lottery Draw for Patel Nagar Vihar Yojana will be conducted on 24th February 2025.
JDA Patel Nagar Vihar Yojana Plots Size and Plots Number
So under the Patel Nagar Vihar Yojana, there are a total of 270 Residential Plots available. You need to apply from the starting date of the schemes before the last Date. There are also different plot sizes available for all kinds of beneficiaries. The Size of the plots which are available is about 76 sq. Meters and 220 Sq. Meters. And the per sq. Meters will cost of Rs.18,000/-.
Govind Vihar Yojana
The 3rd scheme which is launched by the Jaipur Development Authority is Govind Vihar Yojana. The online registration for this scheme has been started from 25th December 2024 to 24th January 2024. The Draw of the lottery can be scheduled on 5th February 2025. You can also submit the form before the last Date.

So under this, there are a total of 202 plots available with the size starting from 45 Sq. Meters to 220 Sq. Meters. You need to Pay the Cost of every Sq Meter is Rs.18,000/-.
